The program would microssoft open normally, and if it did would simply say “powerpoint has stopped working” and close.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall, but that did not fix the issue. I tried to open the program in safe mode, but it still wouldn’t open most of the time. By the way, I’ve managed to contact Microsoft Support Agent that told me to create a local account that doesn’t connected to MIcrosoft account on my laptop and test run the PowerPoint, and it did solve the problem.
