I am trying to run an app that allows me to have videos as my desktop I have used this app in the past and it works fine but now that I have reset my PC completely i’m having this error pop up all the time it says that I don’t have windows media pack installed so when I first saw this I went on the site where I get the media pack for my bit of windows 64 and I downloaded and ran it.

But even with it still installed and all my drivers and window version up to date completely it stills says error and as soon as i click Okay to the error it just crashes the app its not just this I cannot even open any of My JPG or PNG or for that fact any image file It just comes up with a black screen All images I’ll paste at the end of this Page It just doesn’t want to work I have no clue why this might be if you know anything please it would be appreciated if you would help If you were wondering the program I’m trying to run is called wallpaper engine its an app off steam and if I try and click the Image viewer it just crashes.

I ran SFC scan and it found no errors, I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling Plex in case it fix it , but no dice. Same error “MfPlat. I am totally surprised that Microsoft has managed to release a half-baked update once again. By the way, I will be posting to this thread every time this happens.
