It says there isn’t a workaround them, so i haven’t got a clue what to do?? In reply to JuliaCrane’s post on May 9, I just had the same problem, after working me through all aforementioned “solutions” using tons of tools and uninstallers I found the only solution is you set up your PC, laptop totally new. Means reinstall Windows and then your MS Office. I know this thrtead is 4 years old but it’s still an actual and unsolved problem. Sorry for not having better news.
